Paul has a deep commitment to positive systemic change. He started his career working to change the public education system -- first in DC, then as an appointee of the Governor to develop California's first-ever statewide academic standards. Later, he served as President of School Performance, a K12 assessment and consulting company. In between, he worked as a managing consultant in the worldwide professional services organization at a global software company, and as a senior consultant at an education technology company where he closed $25M in sales .
