Has over two decades of experience in teaching, research, training and consulting. She consults with corporates and international agencies in managing organizational change, process consulting, action learning projects and redesign of HRM systems. She has also undertaken evaluation studies of projects undertaken by corporates and DFID.
Has published four books and several research based articles in leading journals. Her recent publication titled 鈥淚nclusion and Exclusion - A Study of Women and Men in Police鈥� is based on research on the Delhi Police.
An accredited Sensitivity Trainer from the Indian Society for Applied Behavioral Sciences.
