Hi folks! I am Purnima. I have been an International sports woman, represented and lead the Indian Team for Netball, currently playing basketball at national level and then had been into various sports like hockey, volleyball and athletics representing, winning and leading my state team in various national level tournaments for the past fifteen years. All these years of togetherness with sports made me comprehend the significance of fitness. I am a certified and an experienced instructor in various styles of yoga and also a certified instructor for group fitness from American Council on Exercise (ACE®). I founded WOW because the very idea of spreading fitness inspires me and its lot of fun.
