As CTO of a boot-strapped startup, depending of the day of week, or hour of the day, a different hat may be worn. Working with the CEO & Founder, my roles cover infrastructure support, product management, scrum master, Salesforce admin, billing management, customer service, marketing tool automation, enterprise application integrations, all from a strategic to a tactical level. This culminates in providing a well supported and valued service to our customers, reflected by a high retention rate.
