Pieter has extensive experience in area of integrated reporting and information governance, particularly on developments with regards to legislative and guiding frameworks, such as POPIA/PAIA, Cybercrimes and Cybersecurity Bill, GDPR and King IV. His objective is to harmonise existing business processes with these frameworks, thereby mitigating risk and identifying sustainable opportunities for the organisation. As designated Information Officer within the Altron group he has been intimately involved in establishing and rolling out this requirement across the group, working closely with the group鈥檚 Governance, Risk, Compliance and IT functions.
