The document proposes three initiatives to enhance internship programs:
1. A "Yoda Hologram" would accompany interns throughout their program to answer questions, solve problems, and provide guidance. The hologram would conduct data analytics to provide relevant information to interns.
2. "Boutique Internships" would design customized experiences to fill gaps in interns' employment backgrounds based on assessment profiles of interns.
3. An "Intern & Organization Employee Exchange" would have interns assume employee roles while employees take on student roles to benefit both the organization and college.

Yoda type hologram would be accessible through their devices through the cloud. The hologram would conduct data analytics
regarding the specific situation, questions and problems that the intern has, spit out relevant information. The input could be based on
organizational models and inclusive of all the business processes and systems.
Boutiques Internships would be structured so students could design the experiences they need to tailor, round out and fill-in gaps in the
interns employment history. Create intern profiles utilizing assessment toolsperhaps 360 degree(professors, fellow students, intern
interviews and MBTI type tools). College would collaborate with the organization to better understand its culture, practices and
opportunities for each intern.
Intern & Organization Employee Exchange would have intern to assume the job role of the employee within the organization. The
employee will assume the student role in the business relevant university programs/ courses. This could benefit both the college and
the organization. Employees gets exposure to the latest and cutting edge research and intern gets to experience a whole job experience
not just isolated tasks.
