I'm the current President, Conference Co-Chair, and Webmaster of the Asia Association for Global Studies, member of the editorial board of the Asia Journal for Global Studies (AJGS), Fellow of the British Royal Asiatic Society (RAS), a member of many educational technology focused organisations, and I'm also the Social Media Officer for Tokyo JALT. I have a BA (Hons.) in Pacific Asian History and an MA (Hons.) in Pacific Asian Studies from London University鈥檚 School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), and won a prestigious Monbukagakusho scholarship to do doctoral research in International Relations at Waseda University's Graduate School for Asia Pacific Studies in the early 2000's.
