While pursuing her degree in Dietetics and Nutrition at Nicholls State University, Rachel Glaxner has worked full-time as a bartender and waitress. By making use of her education, she is able to deliver an exceptional dining experience with fast and friendly service. Currently Rachel accepted the community nutrition position of health educator for the greater New Orleans region for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC).
