I’m the Scientist for Bhilai Engg . Corp. ltd. (BEC), a Microbiologist focused on Industrial Biotechnology Research at BEC's Fertilizers Division. In this role I lead the company’s various R&D Projects eg: DRDO's Biodigester & Anaerobic Microbial Inoculum Production Project, MOFPI Food Research Laboratory Project, Robust Biofertilizers Systems, Advanced Industrial Effluent Treatment Strategy Management, Marine Aquaculture Project, Waste to Wire Concept, overseeing a team of Laboratory and Production professionals and managing the annual Production spend of Production Units.
