6+ years of experience in New Product Design & Development of Automotive Interior trims &Upper Body Structure (BIW) using Catia V5, 3D Parametric Modeling, GSD, Assembly and Manufacturing drawing. PLM TOOL 鈥� Teamcenter.
I worked on Trim Parts such as Scuff assembly, Lift/tail gate assembly, Pillar trims, Floor soft trims, Headliners etc.
I worked on BIW parts such as rear lamp bracket, D pillar, Spring bracket, Drain Panel, Upper back panel.
Being from tooling background I have a good grip on manufacturing of Plastic and sheet metal parts.
Gained good knowledge of DFMA, DFS, uses of GD & T for automotive Sheet metal & Plastics design including Feasibility Study, Packaging study, Static...
