Having more than 7 years of experience in different spectrum of Technical Training. With in this span I have involved in training of Industrial automation, Robotics, Manufacturing process, CNC with hands on skills of all sets of practices.
The training is not only to impart an additional edge, but also at the skill gap situation, problem solving approach and addition to skill matrix at the level of production planning.
My present role is employee training for different hierarchy level . My function includes TNA, Scheduling , Imparting and analysis of training effectiveness with improvement of employee efficiency and relatively production efficiency .
