Project Management:
Handled the project for POSCO E & C, where our scope includes the supply of components of continuous annealing furnace.This project is under commissioning in Mangao,Dist:Raigadh,Maharashtra,India.
Job duties involves,
1. Checking of drawings received from POSCO E & C before release for manufacturing.
2. Project Schedule to customer
3. Monitoring manufacturing progress.
4. Submission of Project Progress Report to POSCO E & C.
5. Raising Inspection call and Co-ordination for the customer inspection.
6. Co-ordination for packing and final dispatch.
7. Supervision of installation at site in India
8. Local purchase of material & services in India for emergency situation ...
