With an educational background in computer aided engineering, manufacturing and robotics as well as an MBA, I started my career in sales and marketing before moving on to systems analysis/ design and programming. Before long I found myself in the airline industry with Emirates Airline managing their global sales process. I was then selected to be one of the founder members that designed and launched Skywards, the award winning frequent flyer programme going on to head system, partnerships and the loyalty consulting divisions. I am now heading Shukran Rewards, the loyalty vertical in Landmark, the region鈥檚 largest retail organisation with more than 1,000 stores in 10 countries.
