My Ph.D work primarily focuses on designing a security framework to handle various kinds of security threats at the MAC and Path Selection layer of a wireless mesh network. The IEEE 802.11s standard is considered as a benchmark in designing our security solutions to facilitate easy integration with
existing security schemes.
