Ram leads the legal support for defence and aerospace vertical of Reliance Group. Ram brings 16 years experience in handling Merger & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Contracting for Complex Transactions, Corporate Legal, Litigation, Contract Negotiation, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs, etc.
Before Joining Reliance, Ram worked with Accenture India for 7 years and lead their legal support for domestic business in India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
