Ram leads the legal support for defence and aerospace vertical of Reliance Group. Ram brings 16 years experience in handling Merger & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Contracting for Complex Transactions, Corporate Legal, Litigation, Contract Negotiation, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs, etc.
Before Joining Reliance, Ram worked with Accenture India for 7 years and lead their legal support for domestic business in India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. Additionally, he headed Financial Services vertical of APAC at Accenture. During his tenure, he has handled various M&A, Joint Ventures, due-diligence for entry into a new market like Sri Lanka, etc.
