My current research work emphasis on studying shellfish immunology as well as their pathogens by genomic approach using advanced molecular biological techniques such as genome analysis and transcriptional profiling using microarray.
My key interests are: Fish Virology; Fish Health Management; Fish Pathology; Fish Immunology; Fish Molecular Biology; Fish Biotechnology; Fish Bacteriology; Aquaculture. Specifically, I am more interested in Fish Virology and understanding the Pathogenesis of Infectious Diseases of Fish.
