Last year, I hiked Kilimanjaro. While hiking - I thought about giving up many times - but despite the rain, altitude, extreme nausea, mental and physical fatigue - I kept pushing myself and finally succeeded.
I am that kind of person - seeking out the toughest problems to solve - committed to succeed, despite the odds. While an infectious drive is important, I have been fortunate to lead, encourage, and develop VERY talented teams along the way.
