I am a CELTA certified TEFL teacher, a Post Graduate in Business Administration and Graduate in Catering technology with 8 years of experience in services organizations like ITC Hotels, Idea Cellular, Citi Financial and Heromindmine. In these 8 years I have acquired in depth knowledge of Customer Service, Relationship Management, Training and Head Hunting.
