Provide technical specifications and designs for Medium to high complexity issue independently.
Participate in project quality management tasks such as peer and quality reviews of
specifications, design documents and code reviews
Provide high quality of message resolution adhering to the Service Level Agreements
Communicate project status according to project communication plan
Work closely with other custom development team members, external partners and customer teams to ensure successful project completion
Co-ordination with team members, front office and client for giving acceptable solutions
to problems, queries raised by client within predefined stringent time limit.
