Assume responsibility for direct, as well as for my team members, annual sales target for the whole MEA & CIS region. To meet this target, I am working closely with the Regional Sales VP to form and track regional strategic planning. While supporting my team members in their on-going daily sales activities, I keep supporting directly the major customers as well as leading internal initiatives to enhance and streamline sales and post sales process.
