An MS Energy Engineering graduate at the University of the Philippines in Diliman. Raphael Dorilag is currently doing research in wind energy resource assessment with atmospheric modeling. He is also a part time lecturer for graduate courses in Energy Conservation and Advanced Wind, Ocean, and Hydro Energy Systems. His specialization is in wind energy resource assessment, wind measurement and instrumentation, solar PV system design and atmospheric modeling. During his graduate studies he has taken courses on energy modeling, energy systems evaluation, energy conservation and management.
