I try not to get too excited or depressed or get worked up with any situation. I try to stay in balance. But that doesn't mean i don't have any emotions. I smile, cry , get angry at times, and depressed too but its just that I try to be in equilibrium...
You can't trust life. you can lose something big any moment or gain something huge the next moment. Getting too emotional will get you too attached and then when you lose it, you are completely devastated.
