Roland Alton-Scheidl is vice president at creativwirtschaft austria, board member at ALLMENDA.com and teaching at the Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences. He was born in Zurich, has studied Computer Science and Media Art in Vienna and was teaching at Universities in Vienna, Krems, Salzburg, Sophia-Antipolis, Budapest and Stockholm. He initiated a number of enabling projects, such as PUBLIC VOICE Lab, Web4Groups, the Electronic Democracy European Network, Registered Commons or the net culture labs.
