For almost 20 years Ray has held technology leadership roles within the outsourced provider marketplace - focusing on enhancing the business performance of managed service providers. He was instrumental in developing one of the industry’s first remote management systems, and has developed solutions for many leading MSP software providers. Ray’s other accomplishments include building partnerships, acquisitions and founding a software company. Originally from New Zealand, Ray has also lived and worked in Europe and the US. He studied Computer Science from Nelson Marlborough Institute of Technology.
