My responsibilities:
• Transition new work to India and develop, define and implement processes and procedures to efficiently manage new roles to support the the Retail business
• Responsibility for Fraud Management for the Tesco Direct website
• Managing Tesco suppliers and charging them for customer complaints and faulty products to the tune of GBP 14 Million per year (approx)
• Managing 5 retail support teams with the help of my Leads & Asst. Managers
