- More than 16 years experience in people management, team motivation and coaching, resources planning, career plan, recruitment and selection of key resources
- Budget responsibility 450 M鈧� CAPEX, 300 M鈧� OPEX per year
- Span of control from up to big departments (more 500 persons), handling of the complex teams with scope strategy, architecture, engineering, project management, operations and build activities in the managed services or insourced model
