I've been working in the software engineering field since the beginning of my professional career, having the opportunity to cover different roles, both in development, as programmer, analyst and project leader, in support functions, as system administrator and database administrator and finally as project manager.
I've leveraged these experiences by getting involved in the Process & Quality management, with the adoption of SW-CMM and CMMI models.
Since a few years my interested is focused on the Agile approach to product development and business focus.
I'm currently coaching teams and organisations in the adoption of the Agile Mindset in their operations.
