Sr Project Management Consultant: I've been in the Information Technology industry and a Project Management Consultant for over 15 years. My contract consulting clients began with several global Fortune 50 companies during the Y2K surge as an IT project manager and progressed towards entrepreneurial start-ups and emerging enterprises and more senior roles and strategy planning. In recent years having been an equity partner in several start-up projects.
With that as background, I help entrepreneurial leaders assess their current situation, facilitate creation of strategic project plans and assist in implementation of efficient systems at a tactical level to secure growth and stability.
