I am currently responsible for all output from the MediaCom Coca-Cola Asia Pacific team – about 30 people in total – across four markets. The challenges are unique across each market so my role is primarily to spot the similarities, transfer learnings and opportunities and ensure we are continuously identifying and developing talent.
In my spare time I am desperately trying to learn, even just a little bit of mandarin and ever since visiting Delhi and the Taj Mahal, my husband and I always enjoy searching out the best North Indian cuisine!
