For last 15 years, I have been working as a consultant and (interim) manager. By focusing on a holistic organizational improvement and balancing the interests of all the stakeholders, I try to bring more creativity, joy, and therewith efficiency and effectiveness into organisations.
Besides organisational improvement I'm allways looking for new opportunities to develop (strategic) concepts, translate them to the tactical/operational level and then implement them.
My goal is to expand and share my knowledge and experience to the benefit of both the organisations I work for and myself.
