Regis is a Mechanical Engineer with a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing and an MBA degree in General Management from the University of Otago, New Zealand.
With more than 20 years of experience in the Brazilian steel and forging industries, Regis has worked in a vast array of projects in South America, Mexico, United States and Europe. He has worked for the steel company Gerdau and was also the Chief Operating Officer of Maxiforja, a state-of-the-art Brazilian forging company.
With a hands-on approach and a strong focus on performance, Regis has developed projects with the major global players in the automotive and agricultural markets.
