Raymond Ellis is a Managing Director within the Alternative Delivery Group of AECOM. He assists AECOM clients in implementing major infrastructure programs by providing funding and financing plans, alternative project delivery solutions, strategic financial planning, innovative financing solutions, and feasible financial and procurement plans. Previously, Dr. Ellis served as Partner-in-Charge (PIC) of the Transportation Consulting Practice (TCP) of KPMG LLP for 20 years, as a Principal with the KPMG LLP TCP for an additional 4 years, and as President of AECOM Consult, Inc. from 2000 to 2005 after the KPMG LLP TCP was acquired by AECOM.
