Adelino Ricardo Jacintho Esparta is technical director and founding partner of EQAO, a company created in Brazil in 2000.
Esparta has a Bachelor (1988) and a MSc degree (1991) in Chemical Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (USP) and is PhD in energy by the same institution.
At EQAO, besides supervising the company technical staff, he holds the position of chief analyst of the technical and political aspects of the Kyoto Protocol for the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, with focus on pollution prevention; renewable energy supply, demand and pricing; energy efficiency and greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reductions.
