I have taught for over 30 years at A level and GCSE in Geography and RE. I have been ordained for almost 30 years and School Chaplain since 1990. I have been an RYA Senior sailing and powerboat instructor for over 30 years. I have been involved in developing humanitarian projects in Uganda for 20 years. More recently I have been involved in developing Peer Mediation in schools and on the London working group of TalkingWorks. I am involved in training young people to be Peer Mediators and I am also an ADR Group Accredited Mediator.
