Reyna Aday is the Speaker Coordinator at Miami-Dade AHEC. She is obtaining her Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling, and will complete her Internship at the Family Resource Center. She believes in using a holistic approach to treat clients with a focus on mind, body and spirit, incorporating a Person-Centered and Cognitive Behavioral Approach to Therapy. She is a vegetarian, who loves to cook for her two beautiful boys and wonderful husband.
