I'm a user experience (UX) researcher with complementary skills in UX and instructional design, human factors, and information architecture. I'm known for my ability to combine past and present research to solve problems. For the past three years, I have been building fundamental user experience skills at San Jose State University (SJSU), UC Santa Cruz Extension, and General Assembly SF.
At SJSU, I'm pursuing a Human Factors and Ergonomics Master's Degree. This degree requires qualitative and quantitative research skills. The skills I learned here apply to all levels of the user experience process. I'm able to validate design ideas and prioritize projects.
