As Division Manager for the Board Operations Unit, I oversee ten employees responsible for agenda and meeting management for all Board of Supervisors meetings, committees and commissions. I am currently responsible for the day-to-day management Unit including: hiring, training, promoting, disciplining, and terminating all staff that report to me. I establish performance requirements and expectations and conduct performance appraisals for staff.
