I am a homeroom teacher teaching the Primary Years Program (PYP) of the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) since 2011. Before I became a PYP homeroom teacher I was an ESL teacher for 5 years. I taught English at various kindergartens and training schools in Chengdu, China. Since 2011 I have dedicated myself to learn as much as I can about early childhood development.

To me there is something special about teaching early year learners, it's like laying the foundation for what eventually will become a massive skyscraper. Teaching the IBO's PYP has definitely made me a more open-minded and knowledgable person.
