Ricardo Haus Guembarovski, is graduated in Electric Engineering for the University of Santa Catarina's State, Master in Engineering of Production (1999) and PhD in Engineering and Management knowledge (2014) for Santa Catarina's Federal University. Now he works in the Central Electric of Santa Catarina as Engineer of Planning and Development. He was managing of Division of Operation of the Distribution, led the development process and developing of systems GIS/mapping.
