orn in Brighton in the the UK where my father, a very handy, hard working and practical man, inspired me to take an interest in the trades. Although well educated with university entrance qualifications (English & Art) I never made it to university but instead had a series of jobs revolving around construction. I soon developed skills in this area and, due to having a naturally curious mind, started to "pick the brains" of tradies that I was working alongside.
Over the course of many years and more recently working full time as a handyman, I am proud and a little suprised by the depth and breadth of knowledge that I have picked up over the years and feel confident that I can find sol
