MEMORANDUM FOR WHOM IT MAY CONCERN<br />SUBJECT: RecommendationMr. Richard Maltz<br />I whole-heartedly recommend that you select Mr. Richard Maltz for any position requiring a strategic view, historical context, or the development of leadership. I am sure that Richard will excel in any of these positions because I watched him fill one with related responsibilities in my former organization as a Senior Doctrine Developer, Joint Doctrine and Education Group, Joint Warfighting Center, United States Joint Forces Command. <br />Richard Maltz served as the one of the senior Doctrine Support Team analysts and my personal go-to subject matter expert while assigned to the Joint Warfighting Center. In this capacity he delivered lecture and seminar-based products and instruction on a wide variety of professional, military, and historical joint doctrine topics at the post graduate and graduate levels. <br />Richard is in great demand for his expertise, developing methodology and identifying critical solutions for not only the Joint Warfighting Center but for the Services, Combatant Commands, Multinational Partners, U.S. Interagency, and Non-governmental agencies.
