Richard Pedranti, AIA, CPHC, LEED AP BD+C is an architect and educator practicing sustainable residential design in the northeast Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, and New York regions. Pedranti is an early adopter of the Passive House building standard in the United States. Buildings that meet the Passive House standard use 80% less energy than conventional buildings. He is currently teaching foundations design in the School of Architecture at Temple University.
