I am passionate about images and color. I always have been. I started out as a photographer. I reallly got into it and studied photography and light. I became a professional and did portfolios for actors and models for a while. Eventually I found that I liked to paint. I painted for years in a realistic and also an impressionistic style. I got bored with that eventually. Then I discovered a style of abstract painting that made me want to paint again, and paint often. I discovered the work of the German painter Gerhard Richter.
