Rich's expertise comes from his past 57 years of life experiences and his love of lifelong learning. (He coasted for the first three years of his life!)He has been immersed in family businesses since birth (he was born over his dad's deli/grocery store). His earliest memories are of the family business downstairs. His dad went on to start and grow 5 additonal businesses while he still lived at home! His wife's family are also entrepreneurs. He empathsizes with owners and their highs and lows as he has lived through most of them himself.
