- Eventually I could no longer help people through chiropractic and every day was a struggle, I kind of lost my passion for life.
- Learning mindfulness techniques helped me get through the days.
- Finally I rekindled my old (and long abandoned) passion for music.
- Later I discovered that I could get back to the task of helping
