Ric has provided leadership consulting services for over 22 years, in many countries, to a diverse group of global corporate clients. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Ric served as Global Center of Excellence Head and Practice Leader for APAC with Right Management. He earned a B.S. in Engineering at University of Arizona and a doctorate degree in Leadership and Organization from University of San Francisco. He also served as visiting business Professor at Nagoya University of Commerce in Japan teaching in International MBA/EMBA programs.
