Accomplished a number of international consulting projects for a top European banking group (in particular in Payment and Credit Card areas).
Main assignments and responsibilities:
o Mange development team on site 鈥� off shore
o Write and Validate functional and technical analysis, estimate the proposed solution
o Carry out the functional and technical analysis of the Business requirements
o Support the Project Management Office in estimation, planning and evaluation processes (technical analysis, planning and pricing definition) of several Client requests and context projects.
o Sharepoint administrators of a project portal
o Participate in the recruitment
o Support PM in cost and time re.
