After 16 months running Barefoot in the Bay we have sold. What an experience. Putting my coaching skills into practice and building a very diverse team. We were able to double our gross sales over the 16 months and become a great part of the Blockhouse Bay Community. Loved every minute of it, however there is also a life span in hospitality.
So what is next: My next journey is to get back into Learning and Development. So currently in the job market - looking for a great job where I can use my skills in both training and coaching.
