Alfonso Joins Florida Developmental Disabilities Council in Addition to 鈥�100 Outstanding Women of Broward County鈥� Nomination
PEMBROKE PINES, FL 鈥� Just months after being nominated for the 鈥�100 Outstanding Women of Broward County,鈥� Rixys Alfonso, a South Florida-based public relations expert, has been appointed to the Florida Developmental Disabilities Council (FDDC) by Governor Charlie Crist. The announcement was made just yesterday and Alfonso will succeed Judith Owen appointed for a term beginning October 7, 2010 and ending September 30, 2014.
